Roll-up mosquito screens
Roll-up mosquito screens are the most frequently used mosquito screens (70 % of all mosquito screens). They are meant for the windows that need to be frequently opened (e.g. in order to water the plants).
All parts are made of high-quality extruded aluminum, while the net is resistant to minor scratches and is made of weather insensitive polycarbonate fibers.
They consist of a cassette (the upper part of the mosquito net), which carries a shaft with a rolled-up net, and a tubular spring that moves the net upwards when the mosquito screen is being pulled up.
The net, which has an aluminum slat on its bottom, slides between aluminum guide rails and is hooked to another slat found on the bottom of the mosquito net.
The spring enables the net’s continuous tension during the roll up.
Maximum width is up to 160 cm and maximum height is 240 cm.
American door mosquito screens can be delivered in white and brown colours.
Mosquito screens can be ordered in other colors at an additional cost.
